5 Nuts

6 Nuts

7 Oil return tube

Remove and install

Remove the manifold (1), together with the turbocharger (2) and the flange (4).

Remove the deflector plate (3).

Remove the nuts (5) and the flange (4).

Install: Replace the nuts (5).

Remove the nuts (6).

Install: Replace the nuts (6).

Remove the turbocharger (2) from the exhaust manifold (21).

Install: The coupling faces of the manifold (1) and the turbocharger (2) , must be clean and free of damages.

Remove the oil return tube (7).

Install: Replace the sealing joint.

Install in reverse order.
