The components must not be lifted off each other again after the joining process. Remove excess, leaked out sealant from adjacent sealing surfaces after tightening of intake module.

Clean rectangular areas .
The sealing surfaces on the cylinder head cover must be dry and free from dust, oil and grease. Do not touch sealing surfaces with bare hands, wear protective gloves at all times.

It must Apply sealant in form of a dot at the specified positions (arrows A) with a diameter of 5 mm (+5 mm).
Use only the sealant listed in the repair products. Application temperature of the sealant is +7 °C to +25 °C. Do not spread sealant. Install intake module within 13 min of applying the sealant.
