 	Remove/install
1	Remove engine hood		AR88.40-P-3000FF
2	Remove water collector		AR83.25-P-1402FF
3	Unscrew bolts (arrows).
4	Unlock connector (1, 2) and disconnect
5	Unlock retainer (3) by pulling and pull charge air hose (4) out of the intake air throttle (5)
6	Detach vacuum line (6) on exhaust gas recirculation valve (7)
7	Unscrew bolts (10) and pull out connection fitting (8)	 Installation: Replace seals.

8	Remove and take out mixing chamber (9) on air duct housing (11)	 The mixing chamber (9) is attached with four bolts on the air duct housing (11).
		 Installation: Install new gasket

9	Remove intake air throttle (5) and exhaust gas recirculation valve (7) from mixing chamber (9)	Only if installing new mixing chamber (9).
		 Installation: Replace seals.

10	Install in the reverse order
