 	Remove/install
1	Remove upper engine cover.		AR01.10-P-2405OID
		 Installation: Only install upper engine cover after the leak test.
2	Remove engine air intake duct upstream of air filter housing.
3	Remove top front noise insulation from the engine.
4	Release and disconnect electrical connector (6).
5	Unclip electric lines (8) from the mixer housing (1).
6	Remove screws(5) and remove exhaust gas recirculation line (4).	 Installation: Replace seals.
		 Bolt, exhaust gas recirculation line to high pressure exhaust gas recirculation cooler/mixer housing	*BA14.20-P-1011-01R
7	Unclip coolant hose (9) from mixer housing (1).
8	Remove screws (2, 3).	 Screw, mixer housing	*BA09.41-P-1002-01BA
9	Remove mixer housing (1).	 Installation: Install new seals on mixer housing (1).
		 Installation: Install new seal for throttle valve actuator (M16/6) in charge air cooler.
10	Remove boost pressure sensor.	When replacing the mixing chamber (1).

11	Install in the reverse order.
 Warning	Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
12	Carry out engine test run and check engine for proper leaktightness and leaktightness.
13	Install upper engine cover.		AR01.10-P-2405OID
