1 | Remove washer fluid reservoir for windshield washer system (4) | ||
2 | Remove heat shield (1) | ||
3 | Remove hot film mass air flow sensor (7) | ||
4 | Bind air intake hose (2) to the side | Installation: Check air intake hose (2) for damage, replace if necessary. | |
5 | Unclip top part of air cleaner housing (5) at bottom part of air cleaner housing (9) and take off | ||
6 | Remove air cleaner element (8) | Installation: Check condition and cleanliness of air cleaner element (8), replace if necessary. | |
7 | Remove heat shield (10) | Unscrew nuts (11) and bolt (13). The bracket (12) remains on the heat shield (10). | |
8 | Remove air intake pipe (6) on lower section of the air cleaner housing (9) | ||
9 | Remove lower section of the air cleaner housing (9) | Installation: Clean lower section of the air cleaner housing (9). Check for correct seating of the lower section of the air cleaner housing (9) in the rubber mounts (14). | |
10 | Install in reverse order |
