| Remove/install | ||
1 | Remove fan unit. | ||
2 | Remove coolant hose (2) from the radiator unit (1) and seal openings with suitable protective covers. | ||
Collect escaping coolant. | |||

3 | Remove elbow fitting (3) from the radiator unit (1) and seal openings with suitable protective covers. | ||
Collect escaping coolant. | |||

4 | Remove connection fitting (4) from the radiator unit (1) and seal openings with suitable protective covers. | ||
Collect escaping coolant. | |||

5 | Unclip coolant line (5) from air duct segment . | ||
6 | Remove radiator unit (1) upward. | The radiator unit (1) consists of the high-voltage battery cooler, the electric motor cooler, and the supporting frames. | |
7 | Check elastomer bearings (6, 7) for damage and wear. | If there is a problem, | |
| |||
replace corresponding elastomer bearings (6, 7). | |||
8 | Install in the reverse order |
