Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Remove/install

1

Remove fan unit.

Drain coolant of main circuit.

Drain coolant of auxiliary circuit.

Release coolant hoses (2, 3), detach, and seal openings with suitable stop plugs.

 Catch escaping coolant with a suitable container.

Remove low-temperature circuit coolant circulation pump 2 and place to one side with lines connected.

Release screws (4) until the brackets (5) can be opened.

Remove brackets (5) from cooler unit (1) and remove cooler unit (1) from vehicle in downward direction.

 Aid of helper required.

Install in the reverse order.
