Y74 Pressure control valve

 	Remove/install
1	Ignition off
2	Unplug connector (1) at pressure control valve (Y74)
 Danger!	Risk of explosion caused by ignition of flammable products, risk of poisoning caused by inhaling fuel vapors or swallowing fuel as well as risk of injury to skin and eyes exposed to fuel.	No fire, sparks, open flames or smoking. Only pour fuels into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.	AS47.00-Z-0001-01A
3	Unscrew bolts (4) and remove pressure regulator valve (Y74)	 Installation: Do not damage sealing rings (2, 3) and support ring (5) when installing. Internal leaks may occur which are not visible from the outside. Clean sealing surfaces.
		 Collect escaping fuel.
		 Installation: Sealing rings (2, 3) and support ring (5) must be replaced. Grease seals (2, 3) with special grease. Tighten bolt (4) fully in stages.

4	Install in the reverse order

5	Inspect fuel system for leaks	 Run engine, switch off and inspect for leaks.
