Remove vacuum hose (1)

Remove screw/bolt (3)

Remove aneroid capsule (2) with bracket

 To do this unhook control rod (4) at bypass flap.

 Bolt, vacuum unit/bypass flap bracket to bypass flap

Remove bracket (5) of the fuel line

 To do this remove ball head support (6).

Disconnect electrical connection (7)

Remove exhaust pressure sensor (B60/3)

 Commercially available devices/tools
Box wrench bit SW 17 mm

 Installation: Replace sealing ring.

 Exhaust pressure sensor to exhaust gas recirculation pipe

Install in the reverse order



Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.
