1 | Open engine hood | ||
2 | Remove cylinder head cover trim | ||
Installation: Only install cylinder head cover trim panel after the leak test. | |||
Bolt, trim panel to cylinder head cover | |||
3 | Unlock lock (2) upwards using a suitable tool an all injectors | ||
4 | Detach the leak oil line (1) at all injectors | Installation: Install new sealing rings. | |
5 | Lead out leak oil line (1) under the injection lines | ||
6 | Loosen leak oil line (1) from mounts and detach from fuel return line fitting (3) | ||
7 | Remove leak oil line (1) | Installation: Check leak oil line (1) and replace if necessary. | |
8 | Install in the reverse order | ||

9 | Perform an engine test run, stop engine and check fuel system in the area of leak oil line (1) for leaktightness |
