| Remove/install | ||
1 | Remove cover over engine | Installation: Only install cover over engine after a leak test. | |
2 | Disconnect electrical connection at intake camshaft Hall sensor (B6/15) | ||
3 | Remove screw/bolt (2) | Bolt, Hall sensor for intake camshaft to cylinder head cover | |
4 | Pull intake camshaft Hall sensor (B6/15) out of the cylinder head cover (1) | Installation: Replace sealing ring (3). | |
5 | Install in the reverse order | ||
6 | Connect diagnostic unit and read out fault memory | For replacement of the intake camshaft Hall sensor (B6/15). | |

7 | Perform an engine test run and check engine in the area of the intake camshaft Hall sensor (B6/15) for leaktightness |
