Remove

| Remove screw/bolt (1) on intermediate gear (2).
|

| Press intermediate gear (2) off of crankcase with suitable tool.
|
Install
3
| Only insert intermediate gear (2) into bore (3) so that gear (5) is not yet engaged.
|

| Tension gear (5) with suitable plastic wedge (6) by momentarily pressing counterclockwise pressure and simultaneously press intermediate gear (2) into bore (3).
|
|
| The gear (5) must be tensioned counterclockwise until the gears (4, 5) align with each other (arrow).
|

| Screw/bolt (1) into intermediate gear (2). .
|
