Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.
Do not fill engine oil into beverage containers.

Remove/install

Remove timing case cover.

Remove bearing pins (10).

Remove bottom slide rail (11) with retaining clip (12).

Check

Check bottom slide rail (11) with retaining clip (12) for wear, galling, and damage.

If there are problems,

replace bottom slide rail (11) with retaining clip (12).

Install in the reverse order.
