Insert retaining lock (1) in the starter opening until it engages in the starter ring gear (2).

Insert retaining lock (1) in the starter opening until it engages in the cutout (5) on the torsional damper (6).

If the cutout (5) in the torsional damper (6) is not in the starter opening,



Turn crankshaft until the cutout (5) in the starter opening is visible.

Secure retaining lock (1) using suitable means.

Removal in the reverse order.
