Remove/install

Remove front axle differential.

Remove oil pan bottom section.

Drain off coolant.

Remove end cover with front radial shaft sealing ring.

Remove coolant line (3).

 Installation: Replace sealing ring.

Remove electric line (6) from the oil pan (1).

Remove transmission oil lines (4) from the transmission and oil pan (1) and place to one side.

Remove coolant line (5) from the oil pan.

Remove soundproofing at oil pan (1).

Remove refrigerant compressor and place to one side with connected lines.

Remove screws of oil pan (1) from the timing case cover in reverse order of tightening procedure.

Remove screws (2) of the oil pan (1) from the crankcase in reverse order of the tightening procedure.

Screw old oil pan bolt into the hole (7), pry off oil pan (1), and remove.
