Front axle wheel hubs - renew grease, check tapered roller bearing

1	Sealant
2	Inner bearing outside race
3	Wheel hub
4	Outer bearing outside race

	Remove
1	Activate parking brake and loose securing nuts from front wheels
2	Lift vehicle and support it on racks located under the front axle beam	 Racks should not support in the axle central part.
3	Remove the front wheels
4	Remove wheel hubs (3)
		Front axles 732.7	AR33.20-B-0310D
5	Dismount the wheel hubs (3)
		Front axles 732.7 with Code BB6 (Drum brakes in the ED (VA) and in the ET (HA))	AR33.20-B-0320D
	Clean
6	Remove the grease used in the wheel hub (3) and the tapered bearings	 Do not use solvents to remove the grease and clean the bearings and the wheel hub. For cleaning, use a clean and lint-free cloth.
	Check
7	Check the friction surface of the seal race ring for wear; if necessary, replace it

		 The track ring must be replaced by a new one every time that the friction surface presents damages, wearing or grooves.
8	Check the tapered bearings for wearing or damages	 In case of wear or damage in any of the bearings - either internal or external - or their races, they should be replaced always in pairs. If necessary, replace tapered bearings with separated invoice.
	Install
9	Mount the wheels hubs (3)
		Front axles 732.7 with Code BB6 (Drum brakes in the ED (VA) and in the ET (HA))	AR33.20-B-0320D
		 Grease the conic bearings. Put specified grease quantity in wheels hubs and hubcaps.
		 Install a news radial seal.
		 Wheel hub grease (per hub)	*BF33.20-B-1001-01A
		 Hubcap grease	*BF33.20-B-1002-01A
10	Assemble the wheel hubs (3)

11	Install the front wheels
12	Lower vehicle from rack and tighten wheels security nuts	 Retighten securing nuts after first 50 to 100 km.
