	Disassemble
1	Extract the outer race of the inner bearing (3) using the extractor	 Puller	*000589163300
2	Extract the internal bearing inner race (2) together with the retainer (1)	 Utilize an appropriate assembly pin.
		When removing the hub, if the inner race is attached to the wheel head:
		
		extract it with the extractor.

3	Extract the outer race of the external bearing (5) with an appropriate assembly pin
	Clean
4	Remove the used grease from the wheel hub (4) and from the tapered roller bearings	 Do not use solvents to remove the grease and clean the bearings and the wheel hub. For cleaning, use a clean and lint-free cloth. Otherwise, the bearing may be damaged.

5	Check the dimensions of the wheel hub bearings	Seat diameter for the outer race of the inner bearing	*BE33.20-B-1001-01B

		Before starting the assembly, inspect rigorously all the components for wear or damages, especially the bearing seats:
		
		In the event of damage or wear, replace it.
6	Check the wheel fastening screws for damages	In case of damages on the screws:
		
		Replace.
	Assemble
7	Install the outside race of the outer bearing (5)	 Drift punch	*309589071500

8	Turn the wheel hub and install the outer race of the internal bearing (3) with the corresponding assembly pin	 Drift	*389589031500

9	Lubricate the wheel hub (4) with grease	 Strictly observe the prescribed quantity of grease for each cube, including the grease used to lubricate the roller bearings.

10	Install the internal bearing inner race (2)
11	Put sealing compound on the external surface of the retainer (1) and install it in the wheel hub (4)	 Use a new retainer.
