1 | Turn key in ignition lock (EIS control unit) to position "0" | ||
2 | Open engine hood and raise to vertical position | ||
3 | Remove air filter housing | ||
4 | Remove screws (1) of ignition coils for cylinders 1 to 6 (T1/1–T1/6) | Screw/bolt, ignition coil to cylinder head cover | |
5 | Detach ignition coils for cylinders 1 to 6 (T1/1–T1/6) with spark plug connectors (a) upwards and remove | ||
6 | Disconnect electrical connectors of ignition coils for cylinders 1 to 6 (T1/1–T1/6) | ||
7 | Install in the reverse order | ||
8 | Connect Star Diagnosis, read out fault memory and clear if necessary |
