Test description

Check the inlet port shutoff switchover valve for correct opening and closingActivation takes place with the HHT tool and reading off the actual values via the vacuum tester.

Teste connections

Connect the vacuum tester with Y-distributor unit between the switchover valve Y83 and inlet port shutoff vacuum control unit.

Execution of the test

1 Engine at idle speed

2 Actuate the switchover valve via the HHT and read off the display on the vacuum tester
