 Due to the After-Sales Standards within the framework of the European Block Exemption Regulation becoming effective on October 1, 2003 we would like to inform you about the following facts:

"For all work performed on vehicles, the workshop contracted by the customer shall be solely responsible for the performance of repair methods described in the Workshop Information System (WIS), compliance with all applicable safety instructions, and ensurance of the operational safety of vehicles."
