| Remove/install | ||
1 | Disconnect ground line from battery. | ||
2 | Remove bottom B-pillar trim from respective B-pillar. | ||
3 | Remove top B-pillar trim from B-pillar. | ||
4 | Release and disconnect electrical connectors (3) with a suitable tool. | ||
5 | Unscrew screw (4). | Bolt, M6 seat belt retractor to B-pillar | |
6 | Remove screw (5) and remove seat belt retractor (2) with seat belt (1). | Bolt, M10 seat belt retractor to B-pillar | |
7 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| Check | ||
8 | Check Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) using vehicle diagnosis system. | If the seat belt (1) has been replaced together with the seat belt retractor (2). | |

9 | Perform function test of the seat belt (1) and seat belt retractor (2). |
