1 | Remove heater | ||
2 | Unscrew bolt (3) and remove cover (2) with gasket (1) | Installation: Check gasket (1) for damage and replace if necessary. | |
3 | Unlock 14-pin plug (14) and disconnect from auxiliary heater control unit (11) | ||
4 | Detach connection lines from the glow plug (6) | ||
5 | Detach trim parts (4, 5, 8, 13) | ||
6 | Disconnect plug of flame sensor and overheating sensor (15, 16) from auxiliary heater control unit (11) | ||
7 | Detach combustion air blower and hot air blower (10) from heat exchanger (7) | ||
8 | Remove gasket (9) | Installation: Clean sealing surfaces. Replace gasket. | |
9 | Install in the reverse order |
