Loosen mounting screws (1) through hole in hinge

Adjust rear-end door and tighten mounting bolt (1)

 The door hinge shafts (3, 4) must be flush to one another Otherwise the rear-end doors are sluggish and the hinges can make noises.

Finish paint in adjustment range of hinges on rear pillars using brush

 Since the hinges are already installed on the body shell at the factory it is not possible for corrosion protection agent to adhere to the contact surfaces. The unprotected areas must therefore be touched up after adjustment.
