1 Deburr connecting panel (1)
2 Transfer dimension from body to new part (4).
3 Cut new part (4) to size, fit and deburr.
4 Connect sheet metal panel (3) with connecting panel (1) using rivets (2).
Fabricate sheet metal panel (3) from rest of new part (4) and overlap at least 20 mm at top and bottom.
5 Slide on new part (4), align and drill rivet holes (5).
6 Remove new part (4)
7 Drill holes (6) with a diameter of 4 mm and hole (7) with a diameter of 28 mm as shown.
Dimensions:
a = 130 mm
b = 170 mm
c = 205 mm
Dimension "d" should be transferred from old part or be approx. 30 mm.
8 Clean bonding area of new part (4) as well as sheet metal panel (3) and apply primer.
