Disconnect electrical connection (2).

Expose electrical wiring harness.

Unscrew union nut on temperature sensor (1) and remove temperature sensor (1).

Note on calculation of tightening torque when using insertion or socket tools with various effective lengths

Installation: Apply heat-resistant lubricating paste to thread of union nut on temperature sensor (1).

Install in the reverse order.

Read out and delete fault memory.

If temperature sensor (1) is replaced.
