 For this test the front axle shaft flange must not be removed.

Measuring

Place steering knuckle with front axle shaft flange on a measuring plate

Measure and note height
dimensions "A-E" at the lowest point of each bore

 Measure dimension "C" at the flat surface of the floating caliper mounting.


Dim. "A" = Mounting bore of flange joint
Dim. "B" = mounting bore of tie rod joint
