Remove

Remove transmission.

Disassemble

Remove central clutch release bearing.

Remove neutral position switch.

Disassemble transmission housing.

Clean

Clean transmission housing front section, transmission housing rear section and main components of transmission.



Check

Check transmission housing front section, transmission housing rear section and main components of transmission for wear and damage.

If wear or damage is present



Replace damaged or worn parts.

Replace all parts that need to be replaced.

 Radial shaft sealing rings of housing parts, O-rings, pilot bushings, retaining rings of gearwheels, spring pins, retaining rings of bearing of main shaft and countershafts, springs of sliding sleeves and the central clutch release bearing.



Assemble

Assemble transmission housing.
