1 | Disconnect ground cable of the battery | ||
2 | Detach coolant return flow hose (3) from fixture at radiator (1) | Attach to engine | |
3 | Take off electrical plug connection at electric fan (2) | ||
4.1 | Disconnect boost pressure regulator vacuum transducer (Y31/5) and EGR pressure regulator flap (Y31/4) at electric fan | Model 202 | |
Place components to the side and attach at that point | |||
5 | Pull off flat springs (4) on top of electric fan | ||
6 | Lift electric fan (2) up and out | Installation: insert retaining lugs (arrows) of electric fan into the mounts on the radiator. | |
7 | Install in the reverse order |
