Y31/5 Boost pressure controller vacuum transducer

Removing, installing

Disconnect ground cable of the battery

Detach coolant return flow hose (3) from fixture at radiator (1)

Attach to engine

Take off electrical plug connection at electric fan (2)

Disconnect boost pressure regulator vacuum transducer (Y31/5) and EGR pressure regulator flap (Y31/4) at electric fan

Model 202

Place components to the side and attach at that point

Pull off flat springs (4) on top of electric fan

Lift electric fan (2) up and out

Installation: insert retaining lugs (arrows) of electric fan into the mounts on the radiator.

Install in the reverse order
