Disconnect coolant hoses (1, 3)

 Clamp

 Warning

Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Remove coolant hoses (1, 3) on hybrid system coolant pump (A137)

Disconnect electrical connector (5) from hybrid system coolant pump (A137).

Unscrew bolts (2) and remove hybrid system coolant pump (A137) with bracket (4)

 Bolt, hybrid system coolant pump to bracket to battery carrier

Remove bracket (4) from hybrid system coolant pump (A137)

 Bolt, hybrid system coolant pump to bracket

Install in the reverse order

Check and correct cooling system fluid level


