 	Remove/Install
1	Remove cylinder head cover		AR01.20-W-5014A
2	Remove charge air pipe		AR09.41-W-1311A
3	Remove black charge air hose (3)	 Installation: Do not interchange the black charge air hose (3) and the red charge air hoe.
 Danger!	Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage bottles. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye protection.	AS20.00-Z-0001-01A
4	Drain coolant on radiator and the crankcase		AR20.00-W-1142C
	Notes on coolant		AH20.00-N-2080-01A
5	Unscrew coolant line (5) at connection piece
6	Detach coolant line (5, 7) at charge air manifold (1)
7	Remove cover (11) at charge air manifold (1)
8	Unlock and detach engine wiring harness (10) at charge air temperature sensor (B9) and boost pressure sensor (B13)
9	Detach the charge air manifold (1) from the cylinder head	 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces. Replace gaskets (9).

10	Remove charge air temperature sensor (B9) and boost pressure sensor (B13)	 Only when replacing the charge air manifold (1).
		 Installation: Replace sealing rings.
11	Install in the reverse order
