Remove/install

Remove engine trim panel

Remove vacuum reservoir

On engine 651.955/957

Remove exhaust gas recirculation cooler

Remove charge air manifold

Disconnect electrical connector (1)

Remove throttle valve positioner (M16/45) from charge air duct (2)

Installation: Clean sealing surfaces and sealing ring (3)

Install in the reverse order

Connect Star Diagnosis, read out fault memory and delete if necessary and teach in throttle valve positioner (M16/45)

When replacing throttle valve actuator (M16/45).
