Remove/install the throttle valve actuator

1 Charge air hose

2 Electrical connector

M16/40 Throttle valve actuator

3 Charge air pipe

 	Remove/install
1	Lift/jack up vehicle		AR00.60-D-1000H
2	Remove charge air hose (1) at throttle valve actuator (M16/40)
3	Disconnect electrical connector (2)
4	Detach throttle valve actuator (M16/40) at charge air pipe (3)	 Installation: Inspect O-ring, install new ring if necessary.

5	Install in the reverse order
6	Teach in throttle valve actuator (M16/40)	 Only after replacing throttle valve actuator (M16/40).
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory		AD00.00-D-2000-04SD
