Remove/install turbocharger

1	Exhaust manifold
2	Turbocharger
3	Nut
4	Flange
5	Nut
6	Oil pressure tube
7	Gasket
8	Oil return tube
9	Bolt
10	Bolt
11	Deflector plate

 	Remove/install
1	Remove the manifold (1) along with the turbocharger (2) and the flange (4)	.	AR14.10-B-3915A
2	Remove the heat shield (10)	 Hollow screw, of the turbocharger pressure oil tube, on the block	*BA09.40-B-1004-01B
3	Remove the flange (4)	 Installation: Replace the nuts (5).
		 Outlet manifold with engine brake mechanism to turbocharger	*BA14.10-B-1002-01C
4	Remove the nuts (3)	 Installation: Replace the nuts (3).
		 Turbocharger to exhaust manifold	*BA09.40-B-1001-01B
5	Remove the turbocharger (2) from the exhaust manifold (1)	 Installation: The coupling faces of the manifold (1) and the turbocharger (2) , must be clean and free of damages.
6	Remove the oil pressure pipe (6)
7	Remove the oil return pipe (8)	 Installation: Replace the gasket (7).
		 Oil return tube bolt to turbocharger	*BA09.40-B-1002-01B
8	Install in reverse order
