Remove the manifold (1) along with the turbocharger (2) and the flange (4)

Remove the heat shield (10)

Hollow screw, of the turbocharger pressure oil tube, on the block

Remove the flange (4)

Installation: Replace the nuts (5).

Outlet manifold with engine brake mechanism to turbocharger

Remove the nuts (3)

Installation: Replace the nuts (3).

Turbocharger to exhaust manifold

Remove the turbocharger (2) from the exhaust manifold (1)

Installation: The coupling faces of the manifold (1) and the turbocharger (2) , must be clean and free of damages.

Remove the oil pressure pipe (6)

Remove the oil return pipe (8)

Installation: Replace the gasket (7).

Oil return tube bolt to turbocharger
