| Remove | ||
1 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m). | ||
2 | Remove upper engine cover. | ||
3 | Disconnect electrical connector (1). | ||
4 | Unscrew bolts (2). | ||
5 | Remove intake manifold pressure sensor (3) from left air filter housing (4) and seal opening with suitable stop plug. | Record plug | |
| Install | ||
6 | Replace sealing ring on intake manifold pressure sensor (3). | If intake manifold pressure sensor (3) is reused. | |
Assembly tool | |||
7 | Remove stop plug and attach intake manifold pressure sensor (3) to left air filter housing (4). | ||
8 | Tighten intake manifold pressure sensor (3) with screws (2). | ||
9 | Connect electrical connector (1). | ||
10 | Read out and delete fault memory. | If intake manifold pressure sensor (3) is replaced. | |

11 | Perform engine test run and check intake manifold pressure sensor (3) for leaks. | ||
12 | Install upper engine cover. |
