1 | Push back sleeve (2) on punch (1). |
2 | Slightly grease O-ring on punch (1). |
3 | Push guide bearing (3) up to stop to punch (1). |
The groove (arrow D) should point away from the punch (1). |

4 | Move sleeve (2) on drift (1) until opening (arrow) in sleeve (2) is centered above the groove in the guide bearing (3). |
5 | Insert new retaining ring (4) through opening (arrow) into groove in guide bearing (3). |

6 | Continue to push retaining ring (4) through opening (arrow) into groove in guide bearing (3) with a screwdriver (5) until the two joints in the retaining ring (4) are no longer visible. |

7 | Coat bearing seat (7) of the flywheel (9) with adhesive (arrow C). |
8 | Position sleeve (2) on drift (1) flush with guide bearing (3) on flywheel (9) and press guide bearing (3) into flywheel (9) to end stop. |
Before re-installation of the flywheel (9), the adhesive must harden for at least 30 minutes. |
The sleeve (2) moves back during pressing into the guide bearing (3) on drift (1). |

9 | Measure bearing protrusion (A) of the guide bearing (3) with vernier caliper (14). |
The maximum bearing protrusion (A) should be 2.35 mm. |
