1 Center bolt

2 Conical washer

3 Belt pulley with hub and vibration damper

4 Woodruff key

5 Radial sealing ring

6 Belt pulley (coolant pump)

7 Hexagon bolt

 	Remove/install
1	Remove radiator with front end		AR20.20-D-3870A
2	Remove viscous fan clutch		AR20.40-D-5660B
3	Remove poly-V belt		AR13.22-D-1202B
4	Install retaining lock for crankshaft / starter ring gear.		AR03.30-D-5000A
5	Unscrew hexagon bolts (7), take off belt pulley (6) of coolant pump		*BA20.10-N-1001-01B
6	Unscrew central bolt (1) and take off together with conical washer (2)	  Install new central bolt (1).	*BA03.30-N-1003-01D
7	Detach belt pulley (3)	 For a jammed hub, screw bolt into crankshaft and use puller.

		 Installation: The groove in the hub must be aligned with the parallel key (4).
8	Replace front crankshaft radial seal (5)		AR03.20-D-3000A
9	Install in the reverse order

 Flywheel, driven plate, vibration damper, starter ring gear
