Remove cap of coolant expansion reservoir (1).

First, unscrew cap counterclockwise up to safety catch and release overpressure. Then remove cap.

Check

Check coolant level.

Coolant specifications

BB00.40-P-0310-01A

The coolant level must reach up to the marking (arrow) in the coolant expansion reservoir (1) when the coolant is cold. When the coolant is warm: approx. 1 cm (0.39 inch) above the marking.

If coolant level is too low.

Check main circuit for leak tightness and coolant for antifreeze content.

After obtaining special order.

Install

Seal coolant expansion reservoir (1) with cap.
