Remove air filter housing

Remove fluid reservoir

Unscrew nut (1) and detach high-pressure refrigerant line (C) and low-pressure refrigerant line (G) from expansion valve (3)



Compressor oils (specification 362.1)

 Installation: Replace sealing rings and moisten with compressor fluid.

 Nut, refrigerant lines to expansion valve

Seal openings of high-pressure refrigerant line (C) and low-pressure refrigerant line (G) using stop plugs

 Record plug

Remove screws/bolts (2) at expansion valve (3) and remove expansion valve (3) from evaporator refrigerant lines (6)



Compressor oils (specification 362.1)

 Installation: Replace sealing rings and moisten with compressor fluid.
