Remove wheel

Release parking brake

Mark brake drum (5) relative to wheel hub

Remove sensor cable bracket (2)

Only on vehicles with code (B02) Brake system, anti-lock brake system (ABS).

Remove shields (4)

Reset brake shoes (8)

Turn adjusting screw (6) until the brake drum (5) can be detached.

Remove brake drum (5).

To pry off the brake drum (5) use the three bolts (7) M121.5.

Clean brake drum (5) and brake shoes (8)

Check brake drum (5) and brake linings (8) for wear

Install

Mount brake drum (5).

Installation: Note marking on brake drums (5) relative to wheel hub.
