Remove trim panel of cylinder head cover

Installation: Only install cylinder head cover trim panel after checking for leaks.

Unscrew union nuts for injection lines (1)

Counterhold at threaded sleeves on injectors.

Remove injection line (1)

Do not squeeze or bend injection lines (1). After disassembling the injection lines (1), seal connections. Ensure utmost cleanliness.

Set of stop plugs

Installation: Check sealing cone at injection lines (1) and replace injection lines if there are pressure marks (1).

Pay attention to exact seating of injection lines (1).

Install in the reverse order

Danger!

Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running

Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
Do not touch hot or rotating parts.
