Removing

Remove flywheel

With transmission 711.680

Remove driven plate

Use a screwdriver to press out crankshaft radial seal (1)

 Use rags between the screwdriver and the crankshaft (2) as a base. The crankshaft (2) can be damaged otherwise.



Install

Install crankshaft radial sealing ring (1) with insertion tool

Check engine oil level, correct if necessary

 The engine oil level must not lie above the maximum marking. Engine damage may occur otherwise.



Carry out engine test run and check engine for leaks in area of crankshaft radial sealing ring (1)
