Remove/install

Turn off ignition

Loosen the wiring harness (5)

Remove the AdBlue® metering unit (A67) from the exhaust gas after-treatment unit (1)

Installation: Replace the gasket (8) and the bolts (7)

Detach the electrical connector (3)

Remove the AdBlue® feed line (6)

Collect the AdBlue® that seeps in an appropriate container and discard it.

Remove the AdBlue® return line (4)

Collect the AdBlue® that seeps in an appropriate container and discard it.

Install in reverse order

Check the leak-tightness in the separating points of the lines

Visual inspection.
