Remove the locking pin (1).

Loosen and remove the castellated nut (2) from the steering arm (4).

With the extractor , draw the tie rod (3) from the steering arm (4).
Install

Install the castellated nut (2).

Lock the castellated nut (2) with a new locking pin (1).
To install the locking pin (1), do not loosen the castellated nut (2).
