The race ring should be removed and replaced with a new one whenever it becomes damaged, worn or shows grooves on its friction surface. | |||
In case of damages, wear or furrows on the friction surface: | |||

Replace the track ring. | |||
10 | Check the thickness and the condition of the brake discs (9) |

If it is necessary to replace the brake disc: | |||

Remove the brake disc (9) | |||

Apply sealing compound on the oil baffle fitting. | |||
The inner seal ring has a simple sealing lip and the outer seal ring has a double sealing lip. | |||
