Disassemble

1

Remove the internal bearing together with the retainer (1)

 If, when removing the hub, the inner bearing got stuck on the shaft end, it should be extracted with a suitable extractor.

Remove the inner bearing race (2) using a suitable puller

Remove the outer bearing race (4) using a suitable puller

 Puller

Check

Inspect all components for wear or damage, especially the bearing seats

 Properly clean all components. If necessary, replace the parts.

Install the outer bearing race (4)

Install the inner bearing race (2)

Supply the hub with grease, observing the prescribed quantity

 Wheel hub grease (per hub)

Top up with grease the inner bearing framework and assemble it in the front wheel hub (3)

Apply sealing compound on the outer face of the sealant (1) and mount it on the front wheel hub (3)
