Notes on tilting the cab

 Warning

Risk of injury caused by body parts being pinched or crushed as cab is tilted

Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure it with the safety strut.

Tilt the cabin

Remove the shifting lever handle

Remove the exhaust cap from the support (1) of the shift lever (2)



Check

Put the shift lever (2) in the neutral position

Install the adjusting device (4) on the support (1)

 Install the feeler pin (5) on the threaded hole of the adjustment device (4).

Put the feeler pin (5) on the centering hole in the shift lever (2) and adjust the shift lever (2)

 Do not bend the feeler pin (5), it should be possible to center the feeler pin (5) on the centering hole of the shift lever (2).

If it is not possible:



Adjust the rear selection support and the longitudinal support.

Install

Release the feeler pin (5) and remove the adjusting device (4)

Carry out function test

 Engage all the gearbox speeds.

Should the speeds not be engaged correctly:



Carry out the adjustment procedure again.

Install the exhaust cap with the support

Install the handle on the shift lever (2)

 Handle nut on the shift lever
