Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. | |

1 | Remove charge air pipe from turbocharger to charge air cooler | ||
2 | Remove charge air pipe from charge air cooler to charge air manifold | ||
3 | Drain coolant | Collect coolant | |
| Replace coolant | ||
4 | Remove coolant hose (6) and coolant hoses at coolant pump and at connecting piece to cylinder head | Collect coolant | |
5 | Unscrew nuts (2) and remove fan clutch (1) with the fan (3) | Installation: The fan clutch (1) with the fan (3) must be mounted for at least 1 hour before installation. Insert nuts (2) with thread locking compound. | |

6 | Unscrew nuts (4) and | Installation: Insert nuts (4) and bolts (5) with thread locking compound. | |

8 | Install in the reverse order |
