Disassemble / assemble | |||
1 | Secure the electromagnetic coupling in a vise | Fasten the electromagnetic coupling through the screws existing on the shaft (5) flange. If there are no screws on the shaft flange (5), use two screws M8. | |
2 | Remove the Hytrel cover (2) and remove the nut (1) | Utilize screwdriver. | |
Assembly: lock the nut with chemical lock. | |||
3 | Remove the flange /magnetic ring assembly (3) | ||

When removing the flange /magnetic ring assembly (3), note that the screws of the puller do not penetrate too far in the flange (maximum, 7 mm) and damage the internal elements. | |||
Assembly: before assembling the flange /magnetic ring assembly (3), determine the adjusting washer(s) to obtain the clearance between the anchor disc and the rotor. Check the work step 4. | |||

5 | Remove the flange /winged ring assembly (4) | ||

Assembly: before pressing the flange /winged ring assembly (4) on the shaft (5), align the key with the rotor slot. | |||
6 | Disassemble the rotor /winged ring assembly (4) | Disassemble/assemble rotor/cooling fin set | |
7 | Disassemble the electromagnetic bearing (6) | Disassemble/assemble solenoid | |
Assembly: The bearings are to be replaced. | |||
8 | Assemble in reverse order |
